El Sidaqa
El Badoura (imp UK), was bought from Cullinghurst Stud and specifically bred to the South African Champion Stallion, TeHama NaSidaqa, who had just arrived in the UK. As soon as she was 60 days in foal, she was quarantined, and subsequently imported in foal. The resulting foal is the exciting young stallion, El Sidaqa.
Born in August 2005, El Sidaqa has already had an exciting start to his show career.
He was Reserve Champion Colt at the A Grade NSW State Titles at his first outing, and has subsequently been Reserve Champion Colt at the AA graded Nationals under 5 International Judges, and was Top 5 at the 2009 East Coast Championships. El Sidaqa has spent the last 2 years in the UK where he was shown successfully, at his first show in the UK he was Reserve Champion at the British Classic Show in July, which qualified him for Aachen, and then he went Top 5 at the British Nationals at the end of July 2010. He has now returned home to Valinor Park to continue his stud duties.
El Sidaqa has 3 foals on the ground, including the Arabian Pony filly, VP Kahlua who is the 2011 East Coast and Australian National Champion. El Sidaqa’s other foal is VP Sedaka, an extremely typy chestnut gelding, who has also inherited his head and neck, as well as his outstanding movement. He is the 2010 East Coast Champion Yearling Gelding.
