El Sidaqa
El Badoura (imp UK), was bought from Cullinghurst Stud and specifically bred to the South African Champion Stallion, TeHama NaSidaqa, who had just arrived in the UK. As soon as she was 60 days in foal, she was quarantined, and subsequently imported in foal. The resulting foal is the exciting young stallion, El Sidaqa.
Born in August 2005, El Sidaqa has already had an exciting start to his show career.
He was Reserve Champion Colt at the A Grade NSW State Titles at his first outing, and has subsequently been Reserve Champion Colt at the AA graded Nationals under 5 International Judges, and was Top 5 at the 2009 East Coast Championships.
With his extreme head and neck, we firmly believe that he has nowhere reached his potential, and as a mature stallion will be an exceptional example of the Arabian breed.
El Sidaqa has 3 foals on the ground, including an Arabian Pony filly, who has won Reserve Champion Arabian Pony at the Arabian National Stud Show 2009 and Top 5 at East Coast 2010. El Sidaqa’s other foal is an extremely typy chestnut gelding, who has also inherited his head and neck, as well as his outstanding movement. He is the current East Coast Champion Yearling Gelding.
El Sidaqa has now been exported back to the UK to compete in the British Nationals this year and then to Aachen. He is being expertly prepared by Stephen McCormick and we still have semen available for purchase.
