Endurance Horses
For over 30 years Valinor Park have been breeding and producing outstanding endurance horses.
During this time, the stud has won Australian Championships, Tom Quilties, NSW State Championships, Shazhada, placed Top 10 in the Tom Quilty, as well as winning and taking out Best Conditioned Horse Awards at prestigious rides throughout Australia, in every division except Heavyweight.
Horses have successfully represented Australia overseas, as well as being representatives for both the UK and Canadian teams at the World Cup. Valinor Park produced and bred horses have now successfully competed in Europe, the Middle East and Australasia, and the current horses are descendants of our original successful horses.
In September 2009, a Barabas son won the Junior International World Championships in Bablona in Hungary, and Barabas progeny continue to be highly sought after, prized not only for their soundness and athletic ability, but also for their outstanding heart rates.
In November 2009, Valinor Park entered into a contract with Brook and Leigh Ann Sample of Brookleigh Stud to take over the training and competition of the endurance horses, the first four horses have travelled to Queensland in January 2010 to commence their training, with one already being sold to International buyers.
We are tremendously excited by this, and believe that there is no one better than Brook and Leigh Ann to take our horses into the next stage of their careers.
